✓ Do you offer free estimates for tree work?

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for removal, trimming, and stump grinding. Share your address and safe photos, and we’ll schedule an on-site visit. Book here: Contact Us.

✓ Which areas do you serve?

We cover Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, and Athens, Alabama, plus nearby communities in North Alabama. Not sure if you’re in range? Send your location and we’ll confirm.

✓ Are you licensed and insured?

We carry active liability insurance and worker’s compensation and operate with proper local licensing. Proof of insurance is available on request.

✓ Do you handle emergency or storm-damage tree removal?

Yes—priority emergency response. We secure the area, remove hazards safely (including crane support when needed), and can document damage for your insurance claim.

✓ What services do you provide?

Tree removal, tree trimming/pruning, stump grinding, debris haul-off, and related cleanup. See details here: Our Services.

✓ How do you remove a tree safely near my home or power lines?

We use rigging and controlled lowering, climber or bucket techniques, and—if required—crane-assisted removals. We establish protected drop zones and coordinate utilities for safety.

✓ Will you haul away all debris and leave my yard clean?

Standard service includes brush and log haul-off plus thorough rake and blower cleanup. If you want to keep wood chips or firewood-length logs, tell us during the estimate.

✓ Do you grind the stump after removal?

We can. Stump grinding and backfilling are available upon request so the area is ready for sod or replanting. We can also chase surface roots if you want a smoother lawn.

✓ How are prices determined for tree work?

Pricing depends on tree size/health, access, proximity to structures or lines, equipment required (climber, bucket, crane), and debris disposal. You’ll get a clear, itemized quote before scheduling.

✓ Do you offer bundle savings for multiple trees or stumps?

Often, yes. When setup time is shared, we can bundle services to reduce the per-item cost. Mention any additional trees or stumps during your estimate.

✓ Do I need a permit or HOA approval?

Some neighborhoods/HOAs have rules. If permits or approvals apply, we’ll guide you and coordinate timing. For trees near utilities, we plan around service-line safety requirements.

✓ How soon can you schedule my job?

Emergency calls come first. For standard work, we’ll offer the next available window that fits your schedule and the equipment needed (bucket/crane if applicable).

✓ Which service do I need: trimming, pruning, or thinning?

Choose trimming to shape and gain clearance, pruning to correct defects and support long-term tree health, and thinning to open the canopy so wind passes more safely. We’ll recommend the right approach after an on-site assessment.

✓ How often should my trees be professionally pruned?

Most landscape trees do well every 2–3 years; fast growers or storm-prone trees may need attention sooner. We’ll tailor a maintenance plan to species, age, and site conditions.

✓ Can you work in tight backyards or through narrow gates?

We choose the right-size equipment for your access—climber, compact grinder, or bucket truck. Let us know gate widths and slopes during the estimate.

✓ How do you protect my lawn, driveway, and landscaping?

We use ground protection mats, defined drop zones, and careful rigging. Our crew performs a final cleanup and magnet sweep where needed to pick up metal debris.

✓ Is it safe to grind stumps near utilities, irrigation, or fences?

Safety first. We request utility locates (811) when needed, mark irrigation, and maintain offsets from gas, water, and shallow lines. We also use shields to contain debris near structures.
